Over-the-knee boots were a huge trend for Fall 2013 on the runways at Fashion Week.  I first noticed them at Ralph Rucci, where the instantly took 10 years off the clothes.  It's going to be fun to see how they are interpreted on 'The Street'. 

Ladylike will hopefully keep it from looking 'Lady of the Evening'.
