Well, I'm not sure I have ever seen cheesier packaging, normally it would be a deterrent from purchasing, but my world class facialist Julie Pipilo at Skin N.Y. Westchester swears by Grande Mascara. sells it and uses it herself.
Sold.
I had also been using Grande Lash MD's lash enhancement serum for the last few months. My lashes grew beautifully. I finally have to concede, however, that I am sadly one of the 3% who is allergic to it.
It is only in the last few weeks that I stopped using it that my eyes are no longer red and irritated. Clear eyes? Yes. Less lashes? That too...
I also thought I had found my Holy Grail cheap and cheerful mascara in L'Oreal's Lash Out Butterfly Mascara. It's a great one, but not for me. I had my first allergic reaction to a mascara, (my colleagues thought I was either sick or crying) and had to stop using it.
Enter Grande Mascara Lash Boosting Formula. It's made in Italy (sounds exotic) and his packed with peptides. I love the brush. I love the length. I love the fullness and best of all, I love having clear eyes. My mother asked me today if I was wearing false lashes, so I guess they are still looking lush.
Maybe that is because I'm still using Vichy Liftactive Serum 10 for Eyes & Lashes, which I do think works to fortify your lashes and brighten the eye area as well.
I recently was asked to sample another lash enhancing serum called LashEm. Naturally I said yes. Of course I will keep you posted.
