|Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick|
22 Shades $22
Oh, this was a happy find...I normally don't shop at Ulta, not because I don't appreciate this high brow, low brow cosmetics mega store. It's just less convenient to get to.
The first thing that caught my eye about Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick, was the display of pretty, wearable colors, from nudes to brights. The difference between some of the shades was just a nuance of depth. Be still my heart...4 rosy nudes in one collection? Spectacular. I almost threw a dart, but I'm happy I chose "Rush".
It's perfect. But that's not the only thing that's impressive...
Urban Decay Revolution Lipsticks are intensely pigmented and long wearing, but because they are infused with jojoba and avocado oil, as well as cocoa and Shea butter, your lips feel "cushiony" and appear lush and full.
I love both the look of sleek packaging and design of the slanted tip that is exactly the size of my lips, allowing for compact free applications.
The last lipstick I liked this much was Too Faced La Creme Lipstick, it's still a fabulous product, just one that now exists without Cinnamon Kiss, a color I wore everyday until I needed to use a lip brush to eek out the last remains.
Oh well and onward...
