Flashback Fridays: Make Up Forever Smokey Extravagant Mascara

It occurred to me the other day, that certain products deserve another mention. With all products I try, buy and sample for review, if  I'm going back for another round, it's because nothing has bettered it.

Such was the case yesterday.  I was at the dregs of both my Benefit They're Real Mascara and Smashbox Full Exposure.  I remembered how impressed I had been with Make Up Forever's Smokey Extravagant Mascara, and decided to purchase it this time, (the first time I had received a sample in a Glam Media goodie bag).

These are my lashes today with one coat of Smokey Extravagant. I particularly love how the bottom lashes look (not to mention how nicely my lashes have grown, just two months into my Grande Lash Md trial, thanks again Suzanne!)

They neither chipped nor flaked all day and I received several compliments.

Grande Lash MD: Week 4 Update

About a month ago, I blogged about the spectacular results my friend Suzanne has had with Grande Lash MD, three months into using it.

I immediately had to order it...I even signed up for Amazon Prime so I could get it faster!  I have now been using it for a little under a month and I am seeing great progress, with zero irritation or discoloration of my iris or lids.  Below are my lashes today with only one coat of Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara:

I received a perfect Hostess gift from my friend Cindy this past Christmas.  It was a sampler of Sephora's top selling mascaras, cleverly called, "Lash Stash."  It included several of my favorites and some I had never tried, including Smashbox Full Exposure.

My sister Loren has fallen madly in love with an Urban Decay' Big Fatty mascara.  She texted me yesterday to find out why I hadn't purchased it yet.

I would have, but I'm still working my way through my Lash Stash.  Right now I am using Smashbox Full Exposure.

I have been musing lately about  how much I enjoy hearing from my readers about your favorite beauty finds.  Many of you email me privately about them and I often try them or get fodder for new things to blog about.
