Speaking of bombs and bombshells...WOWZA!!!  When pray tell, is the gorgeous Christina Hendricks going to fire her stylist and invest in a good 3-way mirror???  I have never seen her dressed well on the RC.  I usually like L'Wren Scott's designs, which are cut to flatter a woman's body...this looks more like one of Hef's old bathrobes to me.  Contrast that with another boobalicious beauty, Sophia Vergara, in a spectacular curve loving sapphire Roberto Cavalli...Nuf said.  Check out who else Passed and Failed DivaDebbi's beauty school at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards last night.

Here is a stunning example of A-List perfection, Mariska Hargitay in an elegant, strapless Issac Mizahri gown, in a universally flattering shade of gorgeous periwinkle.  I also loved the polished hair---simply styled but not bed head.  If you going to wear a gown, you may as well comb your hair...ya know?

This is my idea of beautiful.  (Particularly for someone who is over 40 and looks like shes not afraid to eat a sandwich every now and then).  A+ Ms. Hargitay.

Head of the Class- In addition to Sophia and Mariska:  Hailee Steinfeld looking adorable in a striped Prada (2 for 2, she looked fab in a white Prabul Garung at the GG's), the divine Natalie Portman, radiant in Azzaro,  Mila Kunas in a red flame printed Alexander McQueen, Jennifer Lawrence in a fuscia Oscar de la Renta,  Hilary Swank in a nude one shouldered Versace,  Juliana Marguiles in a strapless red YSL, Melissa Leo looking glam and fresh faced in Randi Rahm, Claire Danes in an elegant Louis Vuitton strapless print,  Edie Falco in a strapless red Carolina Herrera, Lea Michele again sticking with Oscar, but utterly beautiful in a fluid, white beaded gown with a plunging neckline and tiny gold belt, Rosario Dawson in a lovely ivory chiffon J. Mendel and Diana Agron, channeling SJP in a strapless navy lace dress to the ankle by Chanel Couture.

Most Improved-  Annette Bening looking feminine and fit in Tony Ward, January Jones in  black chiffon with a gold lace overlay by Carolina Herrera, Kyra Sedgwick a simple black strapless vintage YSL, Nicole Kidman in a very pretty black Nina Ricci, marred by a lei by Fred Leighton. (Her stylist needs to learn the "take one thing off rule". A strange pin at the GG's looked like a microphone). Tina Fey in a coral lace strapless Oscar.

Summer School Attendees-  Christina Hendricks.  Amy Poehler in a no-name short black schmatta. Carla Buono in a rouched, rosette chiffon J. Mendel, that could only be right on the runway, Angie Harmon, overdressed, in a pink Big Bird feather number by Monique L'huillier, adorable Amy Adams looking washed out and a bit like a Tampon, in a too snug white Herve L. Leroux.  The diminutive and mesmerizing Archie Panjabi in an overpowering and matronly black lace over nude David Meister, Julie Bowen in a black Malandrino satin jumpsuit. Paz de la Huerta in a spray painted,  long sleeve,cocoa sequined Tony Cluny clunker with matching lipstick. Kim Kardashian in a magenta Marchesa with too much ornamentation, including a gold breast plate. Winona Ryder in a white bridal gown by Alberta Ferretti, inexplicably carrying one of Ethel Mertz's old black bags.

Did I forget anyone???  Agree???  Disagree???  Let me know!!!!...I'm already sharpening my red pencil for the Oscars's.
