Pretty in Pink

Back in August, when I started melting down, not just about the heat, but the lack of anti-aging products available for the body, I was forced to get creative.  I purchased and Blogged about Neutrogena's Pink Grapefruit Face Wash, with 2% Salicylic Acid, and used this tangy acne face scrub, (for the pimpled masses), as a body scrub..and loved it.
My skin felt incredibly soft, and after a few weeks, my skin looked more even toned, with a subtle lightening of age spots.  Because the salicylic acid also is an exfoliant, my self tanner applied more easily as well.  When used with a soft shower sponge,  it lathered beautifully.  I did, however, find myself blowing through a 4oz. tube pretty quickly.

As I prepared to buy my third  Face Wash,  I had a most pleasant surprise...How lovely  to see Neutrogena's NEW Body Clear Pink Grapefruit Body Wash,  waiting for me, in a supersized 8.5 oz. size?  Pre-tay pre-tay lovely.

Of course my inner narcissist  did wonder if the Neutrogena folks stole borrowed copied liked my idea, and decided to bring it to market, but realistically, it was probably in the pipeline for awhile. If so, let's just chalk it up to, "imitation is the greatest source of flattery".

If not,  your welcome.
